Counselling & Psychotherapy
Counselling and Psychotherapy are therapeutic tools used to assist people develop effective strategies to face challenges in their lives, helping to put things in perspective, learning to accept that which cannot be changed and to find peace within.
My practice encompasses working with individuals, children and families, couples and people in the later stages of life, and I use several different therapy techniques, depending on the situation. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR), Psychotherapy, Person Centered Therapy, Play and Sand Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Christian Centered Counselling.
